I'm soo grateful to have found Gianluca. I am a self taught graphic designer working on an extremely large and time intensive job and was very concerned about getting through my workflow in a reasonable amount of time. The $70/hr is worth every penny and more. Gianluca does not waste time over explaining things because he knows how to articulate himself in a manner that is easy to understand. I notice sometimes he will communicate with simple drawings when he thinks you will need extra help understanding. This is a very important teaching method for many graphic designers, as we often learn better by visual instruction. He is extremely knowledgeable as he is able to answer every question I have from my long list. I've only met with Gianluca twice but am so much less stressed about my job/workload and definitely more knowledgeable than before. I still have more to learn and will be seeing G. again soon. He's a jewel.

I was seriously struggling with the Adobe programs in my first semester of graphic design school, so I started searching for a tutor who could help me out. After going to another person for about 4 weeks and learning that everything they were teaching me was incorrect, I found Gianluca on WyzAnt and thank God I did. He is so knowledgeable, patient, and not only helps me learn the technical aspects, but also develops my creative eye as well. I am so lucky to have found such an amazing tutor and honestly I would be so far behind in my program if I hadn't. Thank you, Gianluca!!

Brand-new at graphic design, Gianluca is teaching me the fundamentals in the subject. He has laid out steps that are sound and make the subject accessible. He is a very good teacher. He understands the student needs and is attentive that each step is understood. I am very thankful to have found him and would recommend him.

Gianluca helped me prepare for a new job and gave me a great foundation in Adobe Illustrator. He is extremely patient, supportive, friendly, and fun to work with. He values your time and you get a lot out of every lesson. He breaks the program down step by step in a way that makes it manageable and caters his lessons to meet your needs. He is organized, professional, and really cares about you as a student. Highly recommended!!

Gianluca has been my tutor for over two years now, since when I was studying for my Bachelor's in Graphic Design. Explaining in a few lines what impact his teaching has had on my career would not do justice to his work. He is not only a highly knowledgeable, patient, and caring multimedia tutor. He is also a talented graphic designer. Thanks to his thorough foundation programs in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, I was able to drastically increase my productivity and become more confident as a professional in front of my managers (something that school never prepared me for!). This guy deepened my knowledge of all the essentials in design theory, from color and typography to the rules of layout composition. He improved my sense of what is perceived as “good taste.†More than anything, he taught me how to take the bunch of academic notions I had stored in my brain and successfully apply them to my work environment. If you are serious about your design career, I cannot recommend Gianluca enough. Just hope that he has some spots left in his schedule!

This dude is so good that I almost don't want to write this. I don't want anyone else to know how good he is because everyone will want to work with him and he won't have time to meet with me as often. He's very organized, and he knows the program inside and out. He is very sweet and well spoken. He's from Italy and his English is better than most Americans. He's got a European gentle nature that you don't find here. I can't say enough about him, so I'm gonna end it here: Gianluca is the man!

Gianluca is the best. He taught me the concept of Pen tool in Illustrator and for the first time I understood the basic theory and how to use it properly. Can't recommend enough.

Gianluca is extremely knowledgeable, talented teacher and designer. He knows his subject matter deeply with years and years of industry experience to back up his innate talent. He's very patient and also will work specifically on whatever level the student requests- from beginner to very advanced (he worked with me on advanced adobe illustrator and graphic design). I give Gianluca my highest recommendation.

Gianluca, was nothing short of amazing. It's a rarity these days to find a teacher that encompasses all those traits, (as mentioned in "review title".) I am always a little nervous in these situations and he really made me feel at ease. Gianluca really cares about you as a student. He creates a great learning environment and never leaves you hanging on a limb. I learned a lot from him and plan on utilizing his services as often as I can. He's a gem.
